Precision Windows & Doors LLC is a licensed and insured Home Improvement company. We are EPA Lead Certified, AAMA and OSHA Certified.

Patrick Romm is the Owner and Lead Salesman for Precision Windows & Doors. Growing up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, he started from the bottom as a helper for his father’s company installing windows and doors in 2005. Over the years, Patrick has earned multiple certifications and gained many years of experience in several different aspects of home improvement. In February of 2019, the company made the move from Maryland to Tennessee to take action on their plans to expand the business.

Amanda Romm is Patrick’s wife. They met while working for Thompson Creek Windows in Lanham, MD in 2013. Amanda oversees the office and handles all appointments, paperwork, estimates and invoicing.

We are offering Joyce Manufacturing Windows, Patio Doors and Sunrooms, Home Guard Industries Doors, and FlexScreen for our residential homeowners. We do not offer services for commercial properties at this time.

Our Story

Patrick started as an Installation Helper at his father’s replacement window company, AGS Windows back in 2004 at just 16 years old. After high school, he continued to work for his father, growing through the ranks.

Throughout the years, he has worked for several replacement window companies in Maryland in various subcontractor and in-house positions, as well as positions with companies in Tennessee. As he met and worked with new people, he learned several things. He took all the knowledge that he learned and developed his niche, leading to the top-notch quality installation that he provides today. One thing he will say, is that he will never stop learning and will constantly add new tactics to his arsenal to continue providing the best installation that he can provide.

Patrick founded Precision Windows and Doors in 2018. He continued to work for larger companies after this, but after moving to TN with Amanda and their children in 2019, he grew tired of the larger big-name companies taking advantage of customers. With this, he opened Precision Windows and Doors to the public, selling directly from the manufacturers. He vowed to always provide a top quality product with the best possible installation to homeowners at an unbeatable price

Patrick takes pride in letting all of his customers know that he completes the installations himself, giving them ease of mind that they are in excellent hands, and will most definitely be taken care of and receive the best installation in Middle Tennessee hands down.
